Return Policy

At GUKUCHEEN, we aim to provide every customer with the perfect product at the best price, along with the greatest shopping experience.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, you must keep the original packaging and repack the product in it when sending it back. All products received by our customers are brand new; we never sell opened, refurbished, or clearance items.

Return Period

GUKUCHEEN Return Policy allows you to return or exchange your products once within 30 days from the date of receiving the product. Please check the warranty terms for complete details regarding applicable returns.

Return Process

1. Request a Return and Exchange Authorization (RMA) by contacting GUKUCHEEN Support at service@gukucheen.com.

2. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. Print and attach the label to the package before shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • a. If the purchase was under a free-shipping promotion, shipping costs will not be refunded. A 30% restocking fee applies if the return is not due to product quality, damage, or wrong item, but instead due to personal discretion.
  • b. If the return is accepted, GUKUCHEEN will issue a prepaid return label. Print and stick it on the box and drop it at the nearest UPS store. Pickup service is available upon request, with the pickup fee covered by the customer.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in like-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Missing components or shipping damage during return may reduce the refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Once processed, it may take 7-10 business days for the bank to credit the amount to your account.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel an order after the shipping label has been created, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be approved by contacting service@gukucheen.com within 30 days.
  • An exchange for a different GUKUCHEEN product better suited to your needs is possible.
  • A valid RMA number is required. Returns without an RMA will not be refunded, and the customer will bear the shipping cost.
