Shipping And Delivery
Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. We will ship the items the next business day after you place the order.
Delivery time is estimated at 6–8 business days from the date of shipment if the goods are in stock. Please note that delivery times may be longer in some states due to increased shipping volume experienced by carriers.
Shipping time may also be affected by demand, factory production, holiday seasons, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Our warehouse and fulfillment centers are located in Oakland, CA and Mobile, AL. All orders are shipped directly from these facilities.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Method
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the item type and destination.
- Small items or spare parts are usually shipped via USPS.
- Larger or heavy items are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
We always select the most efficient and reliable carrier available for your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Local Pickup
If you wish to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Oakland, CA, please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup time via email at service@gukucheen.com.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.
