WARRANTY POLICY

To make a warranty claim, please have the following information ready:

  • Product model
  • Date of purchase
  • Product serial number
  • Order number

Every Gukucheen product purchased on our website comes with a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Malfunctions or failures due to abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Alterations, modifications, accidents, or improper installation
  • Use of third-party components or accessories
  • Products modified from manufacturer specifications

General Terms

  • Main product warranty: 3 months
  • Certain components or consumables may have different coverage or may not be included
  • Normal wear parts are excluded
  • If parts are damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We will replace parts at our expense
  • Customer is responsible for labor costs; Gukucheen covers shipping for warranty parts
  • Warranty is void if damage is caused by misuse, negligence, or abuse

Warranty Voiding Conditions

  • Failure to follow user manual instructions
  • Collisions, accidents, or careless parking damage
  • Violation of laws
  • DIY repairs on electronics
  • Abusive use in off-road, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel
  • Natural disasters (earthquake, lightning, fire, flooding)
  • Rust or paint fading from prolonged exposure
  • Overloading beyond recommended capacity
  • Damage by nails, sharp rocks, debris, glass, or other foreign objects
  • Competitive or racing use
  • Use of unapproved components
  • Improper care or handling
